These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and the booking of accommodation at Villa Aribella. By accessing our website or making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking.
  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, UPI, and bank transfers.
  • Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

2. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before check-in are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 14 days may incur a cancellation fee or forfeit the deposit.
  • No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-in time: 2:00 PM onwards
  • Check-out time: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests must provide valid ID at check-in.
  • The property must be used for lawful purposes only.
  • Any damage caused by guests will be charged to the booking party.

5. Children and Extra Beds

  • Children of all ages are welcome.
  • Infants (0–2 years) stay free with existing bedding or cot.
  • Extra beds are available upon request and may incur additional charges.

6. Pets

  • Pets are allowed 

7. Use of Website

  • You agree not to misuse the website or attempt unauthorised access.
  • All content is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Privacy

  • Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for cancellations or changes due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions).

10. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu.
