These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and the booking of accommodation at Villa Aribella. By accessing our website or making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking.
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, UPI, and bank transfers.
Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 14 days before check-in are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations within 14 days may incur a cancellation fee or forfeit the deposit.
No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time: 2:00 PM onwards
Check-out time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests must provide valid ID at check-in.
The property must be used for lawful purposes only.
Any damage caused by guests will be charged to the booking party.

Children and Extra Beds

Children of all ages are welcome.
Infants (0–2 years) stay free with existing bedding or cot.
Extra beds are available upon request and may incur additional charges.

Force Majeure

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu.

Extra Bed Policy:

Extra beds are available upon request and subject to availability.
Charges may apply for extra beds depending on the age of the guest and the length of stay.
Children under 12 years may be accommodated on an extra bed at a discounted rate.
Maximum occupancy limits apply per room or villa unit. Please check with us before booking.
Advance notice is required to arrange extra beds. Kindly inform us at the time of booking or at least 48 hours before arrival.
Baby cots are available free of charge for infants (0–2 years), subject to availability.
