5. Booking Process

5.1 Booking Confirmation

  • A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a confirmation message/email.
  • Hosts reserve the right to accept or decline any booking.

5.2 Information Accuracy

  • You must provide accurate contact and identification details.
  • False information may result in cancellation without refund.

6. Pricing, Payments & Taxes

  • All prices are displayed in INR unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices may fluctuate based on season, demand, and property availability.
  • Taxes (GST, service tax, local municipal taxes) may apply as per Indian law.
  • Payment gateways used on the Website may charge additional transaction fees.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

7.1 Guest‑Initiated Cancellations

  • Each property may have its own cancellation policy, listed on the property page.
  • Refund eligibility depends strictly on that policy.

7.2 Host/Website‑Initiated Cancellations

  • A booking may be cancelled due to maintenance issues, overbooking, policy violations, or safety concerns.
  • In such cases, Guests will receive a full refund or an alternative property (if available).

8. Check‑In / Check‑Out Policies

  • Standard check‑in/out times are determined by each property and mentioned in the listing.
  • Early check‑in or late check‑out is subject to availability and additional charges.

9. Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

  • Maintain cleanliness and respect the property.
  • Follow all house rules provided by the Host.
  • Avoid disturbing neighbours or engaging in illegal activities.
  • Report any damages immediately.

Damage charges or penalties may apply for violations.

10. Prohibited Activities

Strictly not allowed:

  • Illegal activities under Indian law.
  • Parties/events without Host approval.
  • Smoking in non‑smoking properties.
  • Bringing pets where not permitted.
  • Sub‑letting or transferring bookings to others.

11. Liability & Disclaimers

  • We serve as an intermediary platform between Hosts and Guests.
  • We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or availability of any property.
  • Guests stay at the property at their own risk.
  • We are not liable for theft, injury, accidents, or losses, except where mandated by Indian law.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website—including logos, text, images, and software—is owned by or licensed to us. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute content without permission.
